After purchasing your ticket you will receive an email confirmation of your purchase and your name will be at the registration desk with the number of wristbands you purchased. Please check in at the event registration desk to receive your event wristbands located at the VFW Friday evening and Saturday and Sunday Morning.

Your ticket is Non Refundable. The event does not give cash refunds. However if you cannot attend you are can resale your ticket to third party. please email westernswingout@gmail.com with the name and contact info of the new ticket holder to transfer.
